I work with adults who have been through a lot and are tired of carrying it alone. Many of my clients are insightful and capable, yet overwhelmed by trauma, emotional stress, or major life transitions. In therapy I offer a compassionate space in which you can make sense of your story and begin healing. I specialize in working with trauma, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions, helping clients build clarity and a greater sense of self-trust. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, hopeful, and connected to your life. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping you feel more like yourself again.
