Hi there and welcome. Thank you for taking the time to engage in one of the most difficult steps of this journey by reaching out for support. We all have a personal story, often with many struggles; however, we do not have to face the story alone or with fear and I will do my best to help you through your journey. I have a vast array of experience of over 14 years, within various therapeutic techniques and individualize therapy according to each person/situation. I currently provide services for FL, SC, and WI virtually via Talkspace, Headway, Brightside, Rula Health, Grow Therapy, and Tava Health. I aim to create a gentle, safe space where you will be heard and supported without judgement as we navigate through your concerns, anxiety, depression, fear, grief, frustration, and other feelings you might be experiencing. I will encourage you and utilize your personal strengths to assist in guiding you.
