About

I have been a clinical psychologist for more than 25 years. I have extensive experience treating adolescents and adults who are experiencing challenges with life's transitions and milestones, anxiety, depression, relationship or social difficulties, or have survived childhood trauma or more recent traumatic events. The work that I do involves a combination of insight oriented, Somatic Experiencing, Deep Brain Reorienting, and emotion regulation therapies. I also have extensive experiencing helping people with ADHD develop more effective compensatory strategies and thrive despite their challenges.
