Dr. Waters has been providing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in Monmouth County for more than twenty years. She is a licensed psychologist with expertise in anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, and women’s issues. Sessions are offered in person and through telehealth. Dr. Waters is credentialed through PsyPact and works with clients in states participating in the interstate compact. We also offer the option to work with BHI therapists, our nonprofit training institute, at a low, flat fee for New Jersey residents. Our specialties include anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, trauma, and emotional dysregulation. We practice third wave CBT (ACT therapy).
