I provide a compassionate space for children, teens, and adults to feel seen, supported, and understood. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward. I specialize in trauma, mood challenges, and building executive functioning skills. I'm also trained in clinical hypnotherapy. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist, I help clients explore patterns, strengthen emotional wellness, and navigate life’s challenges with care and intention.
