I use trauma-informed approaches such as CBT, AEDP, mindfulness, and EMDR-based work to help you understand what’s affecting you and build steadier emotional patterns. My role is to offer a calm place to step out of survival mode, make sense of what’s been weighing on you, and begin creating a more stable way forward. I also work with families and couples to help them thrive together and overcome daily obstacles. In our sessions, we make sense of what is happening underneath and focus on small, workable shifts that support you instead of adding pressure.
