I’m a PhD licensed psychologist in Boca Raton, FL with over 13 years private practice experience. I am graduate of Emory University (Phi Beta Kappa & Magna Cum Laude), worked as a research assistant at Harvard Medical School, and completed my PhD as a Presidential Graduate Fellow at the University of Iowa. I enjoy helping clients using my specialized training in mindfulness and mindfulness-based therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I frequently work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, life transitions, & health issues. I see clients via telehealth in FL & PSYPACT states. Together, we will work collaboratively to clarify the life you are seeking, identify psychological barriers, explore unworkable relationships patterns, and empower you with a new skill set to start taking action toward creating a more meaningful and fulfilling life. My approach blends evidence-based strategies with mindfulness, insight, and compassion.
