How are you? How would you answer that question? Most people respond, "fine", knowing that's the last thing they would say if being honest. What if you pause life long enough to say, (1) this is my situation, (2) this is what I need in order to move beyond what I feel, and/or (3) what would life look like if I could actually find peace and healing going forward?
