I am here for you. I have extensive experience in helping adolescents, adults, couples, and families with issues such as school/social issues, anxiety, depression, behavior disorders, social anxiety, parenting, marriage and family issues. I use WDEP, DBT, CBT, and Solution Focused Therapy and carry a youthful Carl Rogers Humanistic vibe. I have worked a lot with teens and families who are struggling in the school environment and home environment. Being a former high school dean has given me insight into those issues.
