I provide services that emphasize the shared individual-healer relationship, and consider the diversity and unique needs of individuals who are addressing a wide variety of concerns. I utilize teletherapy methods focused on exploring personal vulnerabilities and strengths, and establishing and meeting therapeutic goals via a variety of methods that foster improved coping, enhanced self-care, and a greater sense of self-compassion and well-being. Addressing experienced life stressors and cultivating an optimal sense of emotional, mental, and physical wellness will be important areas of our shared work together.
