I work with clients from the perspective of adult attachment research. Engaging treatment from an attachment theory perspective has enabled me to see that flexibility is critical and it’s important to meet clients where they are to help achieve healing. I understand the therapeutic experience to be a collaborative and co-constructed experience that must be continually evaluated. I am an integrative therapist, primarily drawing from Interpersonal, Relational/Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies.
