Dr. Bailey offers a multi-dimensional, holistic and individualized approach of trauma-focused therapy in a safe, supportive child/adolescent friendly environment. The purpose of trauma-focused therapy is to offer skills and strategies to assist them in better understanding, coping with and processing emotions and memories tied to traumatic experiences. Through early intervention, we are able to foster good mental and physical health by helping children heal and recover from trauma. Trauma-focused therapy emphasizes understanding how the traumatic experience impacts a child’s mental, behavioral, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
