I work with people on the autism spectrum dealing with isolation, depression, and anxiety. I also work with disordered eating and gender dysphoria. At the heart of my work is a commitment to practicing psychological flexibility, the ability to stay present, connect with what matters most, and take action aligned with your values, even when it’s difficult. This allows us to shift from rigid patterns of coping into more empowering ways of engaging. My psychological testing services are competent, collaborative, and grounded in science. For Autism Spectrum Disorder testing, I utilize the ADOS-2 and the ADI-R in the assessment battery.
