Choosing to prioritize your mental health is an act of courage, and with the right support, you can heal, grow, and thrive. I take an integrative approach to therapy, blending evidence-based techniques with intuitive and creative methods. My work is grounded in cultural sensitivity, trauma-informed care, and an LGBTQIA+ affirming lens. I am open to incorporating spiritual or unconventional elements when it feels meaningful, because healing does not always look clinical.
