My name is Edgar Hartford, and I am a licensed Psychologist in the State of NH. I began my career in human services in 2005 as a Juvenile Probation and Parole Officer (JPPO), working with at risk youth in the city of Manchester. Following my work in law enforcement, I began work in mental health counseling and therapy, as a student adjustment counselor and clinical director for a residential treatment program in northern NH.
