Life can be challenging. But sometimes life is more difficult than it should be. At times it may seem that however hard we try, we are unable to live the life we want. It may feel as if there is an invisible wall that gets between us and our hopes, aspirations, and goals. This "wall" may be caused by depression, anxiety, family issues or trauma, among other things. Fortunately, it is possible to free ourselves of these impediments and live the life we want for ourselves.
