“It is the Events in our lives that Shape Us. It is our Choices that Define Us.” My approach to healing offers the ability to change our character, personality, and our behavior. I will also offer the ability to understand the character, personality, and behavior of others who impact your life. I find this thorough examination of each of these aspects to be necessary in order to make sustained changes that will recreate an authentic self who has the courage to live a healthy and happy life. My preference is to Discover "Who You Are" rather than Recover "What you Are". We have each collected too many labels, since birth, that have defined us. Therefore, we are trying to function from a partial understanding of our self. This must change in order to enjoy our authentic self and others.
