I specialize in working with adults living with chronic illness, burnout, or exhaustion who are also healing from childhood trauma. Early relational trauma can shape the nervous system in ways that increase vulnerability to chronic stress, pain, and illness later in life. I help people understand how these early patterns live in the body and support them in moving beyond survival toward greater stability, self-trust, and integration, while honoring the body’s timing and capacity for change. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in somatic attunement, nervous system regulation, and expanded awareness.
