When was the last time someone asked, “How are you?”—and you gave an honest answer? I mean the real version, the one that sits in your chest and makes everything a little heavier. That’s where we start. I've seen what happens when therapy gets too rigid or robotic, when the humanity of it gets lost. That’s not what you’ll get with me. I’ll use evidence-based methods and also meet you with honesty, care, and a good sense of when to push and when to pause. I believe therapy works best when we can both be our true selves. That means awkward moments, vulnerability, unexpected laughter, and everything in between.
