Effective 2/02/2026 - I have immediate openings and I am in-network with several insurance companies - My name is Liz (she/her) and I feel honored to be a potential resource for you in your pursuit of wellness. We may work well together if you are struggling with feeling "stuck" in some area of your life, or if you find that you continue to repeat the same patterns over and over again, despite your best efforts to make changes. My approach values building awareness of how we are struggling, while paying equal attention to the ways we can use our awareness in the present to create positive change. I am particularly effective in working with anxiety, depression, recovery from alcohol and substance use, and relationship and self-esteem issues. After many years in academia and healthcare settings, I also have particular expertise with clients who are healthcare professionals themselves. Finally, I am also a long-term ally of the LGBTQ community.
