For 30+ years I've witnessed profound changes in my clients. When we understand what triggers us, we become less reactive and more present allowing for improved relationships, growth, and contentment. My clients are individuals and couples interested in improving their lives. They may struggle with relationships, experience stress, depression, and/or anxiety. My treatment is culturally sensitive, psychodynamic, and compassion-oriented. I also provide clinical supervision to Mental Health professionals. I strongly believe that people can change and relationships can improve.
