Supporting women, parents, therapists, and helping professionals through trauma, fertility, and perinatal challenges. I’m a licensed psychologist with over 25 years of clinical experience and a doctorate in Clinical Psychology, with advanced training in trauma treatment, ADHD, and reproductive mental health. I’m certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and Brainspotting. My work is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, and I offer both ongoing therapy and Brainspotting intensives and extended sessions for focused, time-limited trauma work. Colleagues often refer to me when clients feel stuck in weekly therapy, need focused trauma work in a short timeframe, or are navigating high-stakes reproductive or life transitions. I offer Brainspotting intensives for fertility and IVF, pregnancy and birth trauma, postpartum distress, medical trauma, and burnout or secondary trauma in helping professions.
