Life can be really f-cking hard and my goal as a therapist is to show up in my authenticity with you and be a source of support as you navigate the many twists and turns of life. Therapy can be tough and I believe that it takes honesty, transparency, and connection to create the dynamic required for making change. My approach is eclectic and I am not one to shy away from the no-so-occasional curse word. Some of my favorite clients are those who have been anti-therapy/thearpy resistant throughout their lives.
