Dr. Emily Stewart is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts. She has experience working with individuals across a range of age groups in a variety of settings, including outpatient hospital systems, nonprofit organizations, residential treatment facilities, and schools. Emily is particularly passionate about working with children, young adults, and families and has experience treating a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, relational issues, postpartum adjustment, and crisis intervention. Emily applies a social justice orientation to her practice and is committed to tailoring her therapeutic approach to be inclusive and reflective of each individual client’s needs. She recognizes that therapy is not a “one size fits all” approach and works closely with each client to develop treatment plans that support their individual goals.
