About
I am a psychodynamically-oriented clinical psychologist. Psychodynamic therapy emphasizes the developmental and relational origins of psychic distress. While other symptom-focused modalities may initially ameliorate suffering, positive gains can often be lost over time. With psychodynamic therapy, gains are often structural and long-lasting. Thus, psychodynamic treatment is often referred to as a "depth therapy". Due to its predominantly relational focus, the positive impact of this type of treatment is often felt throughout the most important aspects of your daily life: work, family, romance, parenting and friendships.
