Believe me when I say I’m no stranger to addiction or recovery. As someone in long-term recovery and the child of a person with alcohol use disorder, I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to my work. I have treated addiction as a therapist for more than 25 years and have spent over a decade teaching courses at universities. While I work with a wide range of concerns, my specialty is treating substance use, problem gambling, anger, and abusive behavior.
