Maybe you are feeling like you can no longer cope. Life is full of stressful situations, complex changes, grief, conflict, and so on. You may feel like you are alone, but it doesn’t have to be that way. I want to provide you with the space to process these normal parts of the human experience, and help you move through them and forward in your life and into the future. When working with individuals, I do my best to understand your experience and the uniqueness that makes you, you. I work from a model where the relationship is the key to healing. I hope to work with you to create a relationship in which you feel known and understood.
