I work with clients to target difficulties associated with Autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, weight management, tic disorder, binge eating disorder, trauma, PTSD, & peri/menopause. I also conduct ADHD & Autism assessments, bariatric & pre-surgical evaluations. I implement evidence based interventions such as CBT, CPT for PTSD and trauma, Mindfulness, Habit Reversal Training, Somatic Psychotherapy, ERP, DBT Skills, and ACT.
