My name is Esraa, and I am a Forensic mental health clinician. I believe that who we are today is strongly influenced by how the world once treated us. I am a LOUD and PROUD advocate for disadvantaged communities and identities and will never back down from that stance. I emphasize understanding how past childhood experiences have the ability to impact present functioning. Before finding solutions, I first believe one must come to understand where issues originally stemmed from. This increases interpersonal awareness and sets the stage for working on more concrete and maladaptive thoughts and behaviors.
