Life can be like an amusement ride with many ups and downs leaving us feeling exhilarated and dizzy with heart palpitations and trying to catch our breath. When the ride of life pushes us pass our limits, asking us to expand or extend our level of tolerance those feelings of pleasure can quickly transition to discomfort, confusion, and anxiety. During this ride of life, we need to enlist support to validate and acknowledge our feelings of despair. When your feelings are validated, authenticity and liberation emerge.
