About
I help individuals deepen personal growth and improve their relationships by exploring how past experiences and family dynamics may be shaping current challenges. This can include emotional distance, divorce, abandonment, or father absence—but also extends to many other ways people struggle to connect, express needs, or feel secure. Using a psychodynamic approach, I help clients identify recurring patterns, understand the roots of their behaviors, and begin to shift them—whether in parenting, marriage, friendship, or work—toward more fulfilling ways of relating. My work is grounded in a deep respect for the complexity of relationships. I bring experience from hospitals, foster care, psychological testing, and private practice to help clients understand how unconscious patterns shape how they feel and relate. With warmth and insight, I support healing and meaningful change.
