Growing up in a first responder household, I realized the importance of understanding the culture. My degrees are all focused in psychology, counseling psychology, forensic psychology, and crisis response. I am a licensed marriage & family therapist that specializes in the treatment of First Responders. First responders can experience of variety of symptoms including but not limited to lack of sleep, substance use issues, stress, anxiety, adrenal fatigue, depression, anger management issues, infidelity, and more.
