Life is a very complex merry-go-round that doesn't seem to stop, whether that includes the best of times, or the worst of times. Despite what we go through, no one should have to go at it alone, and that is what I am here for as your therapist. While I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and minority stress, I am here to work with you across diverse lived experiences and concerns, as well as explore any goals that are important to you and your healing.
