Welcome! My name is Frank Gallo. I’m a licensed psychologist in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. I provide behavioral health education, workshops, and services to workforce professionals who want to fuel higher performance levels and live more fully on purpose. My core approach is to use scientifically supported acceptance and change principles and practices to help people develop mental flexibility, enabling them to take action toward what matters despite the inevitable pain that comes with caring. In my work, I integrate other evidence-based mind and body practices to help people cultivate mental flexibility further.
