I work with children, adolescents, adult individuals, couples and coparents as they navigate various life transitions. Whether a transition is chosen and actively pursued or thrown at you when you least expect it, these points in life are often quite overwhelming. They often come with anxiety, many decisions, and self-doubt. I know the enormous impact that social support can have in these moments. As a therapist, I strive to work with my clients to understand where they are at in a period of transition, how they are coping, and what additional supports, skills or resources can be drawn on to help them during this time.
