Clients often come to me when they are struggling with persistent worry, depression, body image issues, work-life balance trouble, or relationship concerns. As a therapist I work to help you identify what may have happened in your past that has impacted the way you feel today, and to build skills to live a more fulfilling life now. I work well with folks who are looking for a compassionate and trusting space to process events of their week, and are building to become the best version of themselves despite obstacles that have made that challenging. Therapy with me is collaborative, vulnerable, and genuine.
