11/18/25- Currently accepting new clients. My approach to therapy is collaborative, goal-driven, and values-oriented. I want to make sure my clients and I are working together, in the same direction, and our pathway is a meaningful one. This often necessitates direct conversations about the nature of our relationship as therapist and client as well as measuring how we are moving towards personalized goals. We will focus on how your personal story has shaped your life, beliefs, and established patterns of behaviors. To reduce suffering and improve meaningful living, we will build space for all emotions and modify unhelpful behaviors.
