I am a seasoned licensed clinician with more than 30 years of therapeutic experience. I have devoted my career to helping teens, adults, couples and older adults navigate life's most difficult challenges. Drawing on decades of insight and experience, I offer a compassionate presence grounded in a deep understanding of human development, relationships, and change across the lifespan. I support couples in strengthening connection, help adolescents navigate identity and pressure, and guide young and older adults through transitions and loss, trauma, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and anxiety/depression with warmth and skill.
