I work with Veterans, EMTs, and first responders confronted by Trauma, Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Irritability, Anger, Fear of Social Interaction, Guilt, no Self-confidence or other mental issue. My theoretical orientation involves evidence-based psychotherapies supported by the integration of performance psychology mental resiliency skills for therapeutic coping and recovery.
