Following completion of his Bachelor of Arts and Science from Gustavus Adolphus College in Minnesota, Dr. Wagner earned his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Immunology and Virology at the University of California-Davis where he was a primary author of numerous publications including novel therapeutic strategies for combating HIV infection.
