Hi, I’m Dr. Gia! (she/her/hers) I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Southern California and work with individuals statewide via telehealth. I am dedicated to supporting adults across the lifespan facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, recovery from trauma, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, job-related stress, and life transitions. With a passion for emotional healing discovered during a hospital volunteer experience in college, I pursued advanced education, earning my master’s degree and MFT licensure, followed by a doctoral degree focused on trauma and interpersonal neurobiology.
