I enjoy working with adolescents and adults across a variety of settings. My goal is to provide an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere where you can expect quality care tailored to your needs. Interventions are practical, wellness-focused, and evidence-based. I have over 15 years of experience providing therapy and assessments in general mental health (anxiety and depression), chronic illness and pain, adjustment to medical illness, pre-surgical evaluations and helping individuals meet their general mental goals. I also have a special interest in sports psychology. Having competed as an athlete at a national level, I am aware of the stress that often accompanies balancing sport and life. Demands may impact performance, motivation, focus, and ultimately enjoyment of life and athletics. Managing these difficulties is important to improve overall wellbeing.
