I help clients take steps towards being more relaxed, fulfilled, expressing their true selves, and improving their relationships with others. I am passionate about working with people experiencing life transitions, high stress, uncertainty, sadness, trauma, relationship challenges, or people who feel dissatisfied with one or more areas of their life. I approach therapy through an attachment lens to help you gain personal understanding about the ways that past experiences influence your current life and how you can implement change.
