I help adults whose anxiety and depression leave them feeling stuck, disconnected, and overwhelmed in their daily lives, work, and relationships. Many of my clients struggle with focus, fatigue, and unhealthy coping mechanisms like substance use. Since Covid-19 in 2020, many have had side effects resulting from the viral load of the virus and from the vaccines and boosters. Clients come into seeing me wanting relief in order to move forward in their lives.
