I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and insomnia, and I’m passionate about creating a warm, non-judgmental space to safely explore your emotions, thoughts, and values in a fresh way. I will work with you to understand your experiences, develop new coping strategies, and help you move toward the life you want with greater confidence and clarity. I am bilingual in ASL and English and LGBTQIA+ affirming.
