I am Native Hawaiian, born and raised in Hawai’i with 13+ years of experience and solid training as a licensed clinical health psychologist and 8 years of leadership experience in healthcare. Therapy is a process of growth, learning, and change. My role is to support, guide, coach, and educate. I have specialized training in the treatment of anxiety, insomnia, depression, trauma, and psychological treatments for medical disorders- chronic pain and diabetes. I am trained in two highly effective/evidence based treatments- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia.
