I tend to work best with adults who arrive with a mix of insight and uncertainty. They may understand a great deal about themselves, yet still feel unsettled or constrained in ways that are hard to name. What often brings them to therapy is a wish to understand their experience more fully—why certain reactions feel automatic, or why familiar patterns show up despite effort and reflection.
