Hello! I am a doctorate level Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 15 years experience working with people across the lifespan with a variety of issues and concerns. I named my practice Vantage Point Counseling because a vantage point is a place or position affording a good view of something. My goal is to help you do just that: I want to help you achieve wellness and enhance your ability to cope, overcome barriers or past experiences, and experience the change you're looking for. I do this by utilizing a wide variety of therapeutic interventions to accomplish this, including trauma-informed approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Imago Relationship Therapy, ego-states techniques, and relational approaches. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
