I have a passion for working with people through difficult times. I work with people coping with anxiety, depression and stress due to difficult life circumstances and/or challenges in relationships, work, or school. I work with processing trauma and finding new strategies to increase your wellbeing. I believe every person has innate capacities for healing, growth, connection and joy. I create a safe space to explore your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. My approach is warm, humorous, and open-minded. Feel free to show up exactly as you are, as an individual or as a couple. We can unpack where you're at and create a life you love. My method is psychodynamic, person-centered and culturally sensitive. I believe in the healing power of the client-therapist relationship. I draw on attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, emotion-focused couples therapy, mindfulness, and narrative therapy (there is power in understanding and owning your story!).
