Therapy is a safe, neutral space to explore and understand ourselves better. My approach in therapy, is to be with you as a non-judgmental support, guide you in defining your objectives, and use evidence-based approaches with an emphasis on brief therapy models, to assist you in reaching those goals. I enjoy working with clients on a wide array of problems including mood issues, parent coaching, and college transition/ identity development. I have spent years of specialized clinical focus working on a variety of anxiety related concerns, from social anxiety, to obsessive worry, debilitating stress, and confidence and self-esteem.
